Rules for Entry

To Enter:

1. Purchase 1 bottle or can of any Vitamalt SKU.
2. Take a clear photo of the receipt showing date, receipt number and valid items purchased.
3. Visit www.vitalizeyoursummerJA.com and enter personal details including name, contact number, email and receipt number.
4. Upload your receipt to the site

All entries must be received between July 15th – August 31st  at 3pm. Consumers may enter as often as they wish during the promotional period. Incomplete or illegible entries are ineligible.

Winners will be notified by telephone. Personal information will be used only for the purpose of notifying winners. The Sponsor (Wisynco Group Limited) and its advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for, late, illegible or misdirected entries. Prize Competition entries are the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Consumers are not authorized to participate in the prize competition if they are not legal residents of Jamaica.

Eligibility

Only open to consumers, 18 years of age and over in Jamaica. Employees of the sponsor, Wisynco Group Limited, and its affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies, its judging organization, and any family members within their household, i.e. parents, spouse, siblings and children are not eligible. Persons may enter as often as they wish. This promotion is intended for viewing in Jamaica only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to Jamaican law. Consumers are not authorized to participate in the prize competition if they are not legal residents of Jamaica.

Limitation of Liability

By entering this Prize Competition, all entrants agree to these Official Rules. Winners agree that (except where prohibited) the Sponsor may use their name, picture and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. The sponsor, its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance or use of a prize or participation in this Prize Competition. Refusal of the above clause will result in the forfeiture of right to claim prize.

Details of Prizes

Twelve (12) lucky winners will be selected in total. The first winner selected, will be awarded a grand prize of a 65” Samsung television valued at $166,748.85 JMD and Soundbar valued at $41,398.85 JMD.

The subsequent winner selected will  be awarded a second place prize of a HP Laptop valued at $90,748.35 JMD.

Ten consolation prize packages will be awarded inclusive of a Vitamalt Jersey Valued at $3,500.00 JMD, a Vitamalt 6-pack valued at $1,072.00 JMD and Vitamalt Drawstring bag valued at $1,010.00 JMD.

N.B. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Drawing and Awarding of Prizes

The grand prize winner will be selected on the 4th of September 2024 at 3pm and announced on the 6th of September 2024 on social media. The draw will take place at 237 Old Hope Rd, Kingston, Suite 22-23 TIC UTECH. Twelve Prize Winners will be randomly selected from the total list of entries. The first entry selected will be awarded the grand prize. The second entry selected will be awarded  the second place prize and the remaining winners will each be awarded a runner up prize. Twelve (12) back up winners will be drawn immediately after the primary winners have been selected. Once a name or entry has been drawn and awarded, that person cannot be selected to win again. All prize winners will be chosen by the WOOBLOX system.

Each winner will be contacted via phone by a representative from It’s Pixel Perfect Ltd with at least three (3) telephone calls attempted over a two -day period. Winners will be contacted in order of which they were drawn. If a potential grand prize winner cannot be reached within the time specified above, then such person shall be disqualified and a runner up winner will be awarded the grand prize and a back- up entry will replace the runner up. Backup entry will be used in the order in which it was drawn and contacted. If the potential backup winners cannot be reached within the time specified above, then such person shall be disqualified and the prize retained. Winners have up to one (1) month to claim their prizes after notification. Prizes are to be collected from IPP head office, or prize will be forfeited and become property of Wisynco Group Ltd. Participants must present a valid photo I.D (Passport, National, Driver’s License) before collection of the prize.
